Dislikes:
The family room was a bit small but was fine for a 1 night stay.

The room-its situation-the landlord and land lady. pretty much every thing. lovely breakfast great chioce of cereals.
Dislikes:
not the hotel its self but the road was home to lots of stag and hen parties so it got noisy early hours of the morning so we had to close our window on very warm nights-but that's blackpool for you.

It is due to the outside influences that we heavily advertise and promote our mid weeks especially for families with children. Also our family rooms are mainly at the rear of the hotel, and the facilities (freeview TV, tea & coffee, hairdrier, internet access) are equal to those you had use of. P.S. we also have no control over the seagulls and thier noise.
