Hotel ReviewsFor the first 4 years a visitor's book allowed guests to add comments, with a great number of people expressing their experiences of our hospitality. Guests from all walks of life and a variety of countries added comments, even a member of parliament . We now accept the need for online reviews, and therefore we now welcome guests to add a review on Trip Advisor.
This helps others see how you, our guests feel about your stay. It also lets us know what our guests feel about their experiences whilst staying with us. We can act on this information in order to improve the experiences of future guests. Please respect Trip advisors policy by only posting true and accurate reviews. We also feature on Hotels Combined and accept reviews submitted to this site
Whilst the hotel is open there will always be someone available to help out guests, and resolve any issues that arise. We appreciate that incidents occur, and will act sympathetically. When incidents are hidden from us we will take a less sympathetic approach. |
