Whether your passion is for entertainment and excitement or long stretches of golden sands and fine dining, Blackpool can satisfy. The epitome of British seaside resorts, Blackpool remains the country's favourite destination. There are so many reasons why Blackpool is as popular now as it always has been, aside from the nostalgia. The resort has retained a traditional feel to it, despite many facelifts and improvements to facilities and services. The trams still run as they always have and it is like stepping back in time to journey from Squires Gate to Fleetwood, enjoying the friendly atmosphere and scenery. There is a blending of the old with the new as the three, age old piers stand out to sea graced by modern entertainers. The huge 'Big Wheel' still thrills families as does its neighbouring state-of-the-art white knuckle rides; Blackpool is a melting pot and it does it well.
Blackpool is situated in Lancashire, in the North of England, on the Irish Sea. With easy access to the Lake District and the cities of Manchester and Liverpool, there is a wealth of things to do when holidaying in Blackpool. The excellent public transport system can place you anywhere in Lancashire that takes your fancy. That is, of course, if you can pull yourself away; Blackpool has enough entertainment to keep any visitor busy for weeks.
We are happy to help you plan your stay and have tickets available at the hotel for most major events. Top West End shows, end of pier comedians, Karaoke nights, world cuisine, superb shopping and a broad choice of activities are all on offer, in the town that doesn't stop. We look forward to welcoming you to our hotel and doing all we can to help make your stay in Blackpool memorable, for all the right reasons. | |
